Hello My Lovies!

I’M BAAAAAACCCCKKK…..YUP! I’m finally out of my brief hibernation no thanks to the change in weather and the dry air that comes with Fall 😦 After a week long quarantine, or what others call rest, your love is back to her able bodied self…WOOT WOOOT! Praise Jesus!

Beware: this post is somehow more about Fall and it’s beauty than anything else….welll some outfit details too 😉

I’m super excited about today’s post can you tell?? I love love LOVE nature in its magnificence, especially during this time of the year. The elegance and beauty of the Fall season; the color changes of tree leaves joined with the fallen leaves create a beautiful visual tapestry that beckons me into an effervescent mood. So, I thought “what better way to return than by officially welcoming Fall in all its vibrant glory?” 🙂

I did and………yOu guessed it….I LOVED IT! even though the sun didn’t quite cooperate :(.

My mom found a gorge black/white silhouette midi dress at Macy’s and knew we’d both be a perfect match; she has such a good eye…see where I get it from? lol. Anyway, I paired it with my favorite little purple tweed jacket, a black/white purse or clutch, and an old pair of purple platform heels to keep things simple. TIP: It’s ok to color match a few (and I mean 2) of your clothing items in one outfit. I personally would avoid matching bright colors to ensure that the outfit is not an overkill. We do not want you looking like a circus clown out there :o.

I was clearly distracted in most of the pics; that’s what happens with nature and me…I get carried away. I look forward to the amazing things this Fall has to offer…my birthday being one of them! AHHHHHH!!! I’m shooooo happpyyy

Hope you enjoyed the brief post! As my Sister captioned this picture “fall in love with Fall!” Be good to it and it’ll be good to you 🙂

P.S. Regardless of the somber and almost depressive mood Fall may bring, remember all things are beautiful as they are. INCLUDING YOU!
